Lemon Cake Recipe

This is such an easy, but really yummy recipe for all the non-chocolate lovers out there (I think you are crazy but I know there are some of you out there). Actually, it is a really nice addition to a dessert buffet. And if you use a cool bundt pan like my friend Carol did (she made this cake for the funeral last week - thanks for helping out Carol), it is a BEAUTIFUL cake as well! So, if you need a non-chocolate (and maybe a springy) dessert, this is a GREAT one to try (but make sure to use a Betty Crocker mix - she is the only one I trust).

Betty Crocker? You need to give Mr. Duncan Heinz a try. Their "super moist white cake" is to die for. Everyone always wants to know my amazing cake secrets and are amazed to find out that it is a box mix. I am going to try this one though! I may even let Betty in the kitchen.

What funeral? Is there something I don't know?
