Fancy Toffee Brownie Recipe

Every time I make these Fancy Toffee Brownies (we really need to come up with a better name for them), everyone LOVES them! What's not to love - a brownie with a Rolo inside and toffee chips on top. YUMMY!!!!! I have posted these before (I think on my old blog) but in these directions I explain how to make them smaller (but they are still a very nice size). If you don't want 40+ of these (once you taste them you will want that many), you can half the recipe (very easy). I don't normally put pink tinted chocolate on them - I usually use white. (But these were for the funeral last week). Hope you enjoy!
