Here is the last recipe from Ed's birthday celebration at work. I found this recipe in the little Taste of Home Holidays cookbook you find at the check stand. I didn't use the cheesecake recipe from the cookbook - instead I used Junior's Original New York cheesecake recipe and just followed the extra steps to make it a turtle cheesecake. It turned out to be really yummy and pretty (at least I liked how it looked). Enjoy!
