I was really sad for my kids to go back to school this year! We had a crazy busy summer this year (which was GREAT) without a lot of lazy days. I wish they were home for one more week so we could just relax at home and do puzzles and play games and go get shaved ice. Oh well! It was still a great summer! The boys were SUPER EXCITED to go back to school! They were so good and got up all by themselves at 6:15 (so early). We did make them hurry and get dressed so we could take pictures of them before we left for the hospital (UGH).
I got the idea for the signs from Pinterest - I wish I was creative enough to think of things like that. But I'm not. I am a copier!
After they got home from a GREAT day, I made them let me take a few more pictures - Kesley had to join in (not ready at all for the day). They all had a great day - which made me so happy!
I didn't do much of anything special for their first day - they all did have new shirts and shoes (I think Matthew grew - his shorts are kind of short, better get him some new shorts) - but I did manage to make them strawberry Nutella muffins for when they got home - YUM! Here's to a great school year!
