Since I may never find the time to scrapbook again, I am going to share a LOT of pictures from our AWESOME Christmas day! Get ready, this is a LONG one!
Poor little Cameron had been up for HOURS the night before so we didn't wait for him (I did make the kids wait until 7:30 so I could get a little sleep - Cameron wasn't up by himself). Santa always leaves a red ribbon tied across the stairs to the basement - so the kids know they have to come get us before going downstairs. They were all so EXCITED!
Kesley was so so EXCITED to see her dollhouse that was TALLER than her and had a Cinderella barbie in it. Cinderella is her FAVORITE!
Gavin LOVES the Teenage Mutant Ninga Turtles so he was super excited to get a TMNT coloring book! Gavin was fun to watch - he was so excited about everything he got!
When we took pictures of all the kids in front of THEIR tree in the basement with all the presents, I realized I really needed to wake Cameron up - I wanted all my kiddos together!
Me and my sweet sweet Kesley!
Yeah! All my little ones in a picture - sort of! Poor Cameron was so tired - he did NOT want to be awake yet. But after a little while, he did get excited about Christmas and his presents.
Ed took Kesley shopping a few days before Christmas. While at the store, Kesley saw this purple jump rope that she HAD to get for me. Then she told Daddy she knew that Mommy would SHARE with her. How cute is she!
Dallin got Matthew and Gavin the wii game, Wii Resorts - this is them thanking him!
Brecken LOVES Lightning McQueen and was so sad when he lost his Lightning slippers so he was so incredibly excited when Santa brought him some new ones.
Cameron LOVED getting to open presents - once he really woke up.
Gavin really was a lot of fun! He LOVES Angry Birds and couldn't wait to put on his Angry Bird shirt and beanie!
The kids drew names - Matthew had Dallin. Matthew was so sweet and built Dallin a helicopter out of wood. He was so excited when Dallin opened it!
Matthew is already acting like a teenager. He LOVES everything he got but acted not very excited. I am just glad he liked everything. Here he is looking at what Gavin got him - the guidebook to Epic Mickey for the Wii.
Kesley got a super cute apron so she can help me in the kitchen.
And lots of Princess stuff - Princess paper dolls, Cinderella magnet dolls and more!
Brecken asked for THREE things for Christmas:
1. A Buzz Lightyear with a shield and a gun
2. A puppy Dream Lite
3. A Team Umizoomi toy
He was so EXCITED when he got #1 on his list (which I still have no idea where he saw it).
Cameron really got into opening his presents - and he was always so excited with what he got!
How cute are these two!
This was the coolest present - Kesley got a Princess play dough kit. It came with 3 Princess figurines that you can make play dough skirts for and then even a play dough Prince Charming.
Cameron's favorite toy ended up being a Little People Space Shuttle (not a Space Ship - he will correct you).
Ed was so funny! He wrapped a present to himself from me. It was an empty box. But what was so funny was that when Ed opened it, Matthew said, "Dad, you have already been using this."
I LOVED how excited Gavin was when he opened each and every present!
This is the one thing he asked for - Epic Mickey 2 for the Wii.
Here is Dallin after he opened what he wanted the most - an iPad mini!
When Matthew opened what he wanted the most, an iPod Touch, he finally showed EXCITEMENT!
Cameron LOVES trains so he was very excited when he got a Thomas Train.
Brecken couldn't contain his excitement when he got #2 - a Puppy Dream Lite.
Brecken and Cameron both got Jake and the Neverland Pirates Talking Spyglass - the 3 Little ones LOVE play Jake and the Neverland Pirates so when they got these, they were really excited!
I LOVE that Cameron would close one eye and try to look through his Spyglass with his CLOSED eye. So silly!
Kesley LOVES her Gram!
More fun presents for Cameron!
Brecken got the Jake and the Neverland Pirateship - Buckey. He didn't ask for it but I am pretty sure it turned out to be his favorite present!
Matthew is just a mini-Ed!
Ed's niece Morgan came and spent her Christmas break with us (she goes to BYU-Idaho and lives in Florida).
Not surprising at all to see Kesley eating CHOCOLATE!
Cameron got a cool trike from Santa!
Cameron LOVES "bandages" aka bandaids - and was so happy to get a box of "bandages" in his stocking!
I think Brecken played with this ship most of the day!
Both Cameron and Brecken LOVE trains so they got a fun wooden train set.
Kesley also got a PRETTY PRINCESS SCOOTER!
Kesley LOVES her Daddy!
Isn't that the COOLEST dollhouse EVER!
We got the kids a pool table early for Christmas but on Christmas morning they also got a PING PONG table that sits on the POOL TABLE (Ed also rigged it to sit on the Air Hockey table).
We always have CREPES for breakfast after opening presents. This year they were even better because I got a cool CREPE pan for Christmas!
These two are so cute together - they really are BEST FRIENDS!
After playing with all our fun new toys and eating, we had the kids open one last present . . .
It was a present from Ed and I for all the kids (and Gram) . . .
A TRIP TO DISNEYLAND in 60 days!
I made them fun little countdown calendars! We are going to take Gram along with us - I can't wait!
We seriously had the BEST CHRISTMAS EVER!
