Last year, we really didn't get much snow at all. So when we got a couple of inches of snow yesterday, the kids were SUPER EXCITED! The little 3 couldn't wait to go out and play - but I made them wait for the big 3 to get home. They had a hard time waiting for the big 3!
It is such a project to get them all ready to go out. I was afraid they wouldn't last long but there were out close to an hour!
I was really surprised at how much snow there was - I guess I didn't pay very close attention.
Cameron started out with some gloves but they didn't last very long - it is so hard to find gloves that will stay on the little ones!
How cute are these two!
Kesley is her all pink snow gear (it just looks red in the picture).
My cute, I mean COOL, Matthew! Too bad Dallin was inside doing his homework - good boy!
Gavin is so fun - he kept posing and asking me to take his picture!
This is Cameron "THROWING" a snowball at Gavin!
Snowball fight! Sort-of. The snow wouldn't really pack well enough to make snowballs.
Kesley and Cameron kept making SNOWBALLS to THROW!
Kesley's attempt at a snow angel!
Brecken was just so happy to be outside!
Matthew going down the snow covered slide!
Gavin's snow angel!
Matthew throwing a snowball at ME! Not a good idea!
Gavin saw that the trampoline was covered with snow and said, "now that is always fun!"
Brecken's snow angel!
Doesn't get cuter than this!
I love that they were SHOVELING the grass!
Sandbox toys work GREAT in the snow!
Gavin even took a stab at SHOVELING the grass. Doesn't he know we have a driveway and sidewalk that need to be shoveled!
Such a fun afternoon!
