Pulled Pork Recipe

I made this 2 weeks ago for Ed's mom's birthday - we had his whole family over for dinner so I needed something easy, that would feed a lot of people, but that could be done ahead of time (since they were coming over on a Sunday after Church). My sister gave me this recipe. She found it on allrecipes.com. It is so easy and really yummy. I used two pork roast that I bought at Costco. My mom and the butcher both said to use SHOULDER. It looks really fatty but that all melts making it easy to PULL apart (and yummy). The key really is the last part where you cook it in the oven - that makes it a little crispy and really bakes in the flavor. Then I served it from the crock pot (to keep it warm). I even put the leftovers in the freezer and we had it for the next week. Enjoy!
