
Two weeks ago, we had all of Ed's family over for his mom's birthday. We had pulled pork sandwiches (recipe is in the post below), cole slaw, fancy mac-n-cheese, hot fries, baked beans, and jello salad (thanks for bringing the jello salad Cynthia) for dinner - I will post more of the recipes this week. For dessert, we had carrot cake (Ed's mom's favorite), fancy toffee brownies, and then several of the desserts I had made earlier that week for the Relief Society dinner (I saved some for this so I wouldn't have to make all new desserts, just a couple of new ones). I think everyone had a good time!
