Summer Party

Every year, the company Ed works for has a fabulous summer party for the whole family.  This year it was at the Utah Olympic Park.  The whole family got to go and do everything there (if old enough and weighed enough) including the zipline, alpine slide, blow-up toys, etc.  And the best part was it was closed to the public - Xactware rented the whole place!  Ed took the big three early in the afternoon and Cortney (my cousin's kid who comes and works for me every week so I can go to the store - she also watches our kids and does work around the house) and I brought up the little three in time for a yummy dinner and an amazing show.  The Flying Aces performed - they are some of the best ski jumpers in the U.S.  They train at the Utah Olympic Park by doing their jumps into water.  It was so much fun to watch them - the boys all loved it.  We all had a good time - the twins were great, Brecken had a hard time but was happy once the music started in the show.

Michelle, what wonderful pages! I love the "scared" face. It's one of those times in real life when we feel badly for our kiddo, but we say, "hang on...let me take a picture first, and then I'll pick you up..." Funny! It looks like it was quite an outing for EVERYONE, and I'm sure it took a lot of effort on your part, but it looks like it was a really great afternoon.
Thank you for sharing your stories. You always put a smile on my face!
