I have been TRYING to be better about cooking dinner so I have been trying a few new, SIMPLE and FAST, recipes. I have found that if I try to do a BIG dinner, it doesn't happen - I just don't have the time and my kids definitely DON'T care. I found this one a couple of weeks ago and I really like it. It takes NO time at all to make (it does take 4-5 hours to cook but maybe 5 minutes prep time) and can be eaten in shifts. My kids all even liked it (ok, not Cameron but I am working on him - he wouldn't even try it last week when we had it).
Enjoy!
