We tried to go out with just adults but with little kids and no babysitters, we were never able to have all the adults go out. So some of us went out and some stayed with kids. We found a fun place in DC to eat dinner then we went to the White House - which you can't really see because it was late and they had turned the lights off.

Scott & Mitchell and there kids went home before we did (they live in NC and had been in NY right before DC). But before they left, we went to a bunch of museums with all my siblings. It was so much fun to have so many of the cousins together - they had a great time together!

DC is such an amazing city! There is so much to see and do. The day we had planned to go the the Supreme Court (Ed was so excited for that), Dallin was so tired he couldn't get up. So he stayed and slept in the hotel (Gram was nice enough to stay with him since she grew up in DC). He ended up sleeping for 18 hours - poor kid was tired! We had a great time going in and listening to the Supreme Court in Arguments. We also went to the Library of Congress and the Capitol - those buildings are AMAZING!
