1st November Wedding

I won't lie - November was a long and hard month - not all bad, just super crazy busy! It started with Ed's sister, Cynthia, getting married on November 1. She asked me 10 days before her wedding if I would do a dessert bar for her wedding. Of course I said yes - even though I wasn't sure how I was going to do it with Halloween the day before and us leaving for DC 2 days later. Then I found at that was the only food and they weren't having a wedding cake - not acceptable at all. So, I made lots of desserts and three different cakes to be the "wedding cake". I made way too much food but I always prefer to have too much than too little. I was happy with how the food turned out - I had a lot of fun doing it too!
