It has been a LONG day! Brecken's breathing got bad again (we are on day 5 of croup - 5 trips to doctor, one trip to Primary Children's ER yesterday) so I took him to the ER. About 3 minutes after getting there he STOPPED breathing! Luckily he started breathing before they had to put a tube down his throat. Once they got him stabilized, he was life flighted to Primary Children's hospital. He went straight to the ICU. They were getting ready to move him to a regular room when his breathing got bad again. So he is going to stay in ICU at least through the night. But he is breathing on his own and doing well considering the day.

Poor little dude! And poor you as well--I know how scary that can be! I dare say there is nothing scarier! Glad he sounds like he's on the mend--hopefully he gets to go home soon.

Oh, Michelle - this is awful for Brecken, but he sure looks like he's a trooper!
