Lake Powell - June 2011

We did a LOT of tubing!

We did a little bit of hiking (up a HUGE sand dune)!

We had a bad storm - so bad we had to stand on the back of our house boat and push our speed boat to keep it from coming up onto our house boat. We finally had to ram our speed boat into the beach. Not so fun!

Our boys are finally liking to kneeboard!

Matthew even tried skiing a couple of times - next year he will be a pro!

I only went wakeboarding once and didn't do anything exciting - but it was still fun.

Ed on the other hand is getting to be pretty awesome! I wish I could jump the wake like he does!

Dani always has a dance party the last night everyone is there. It is always fun! Poor Matthew was sick - he tried to go to the party but just couldn't do it.

Matthew and I had our birthdays at Powell this year (we share a birthday). Michelle T. made us breakfast. They Taylor's decorated our house boat with TP. We went and got ice cream at Halls. I brought cupcakes for everyone.

I finally scrapbooked our annual Lake Powell trip! My pages aren't fancy but the pictures are fun (between the 5 families, we took over 3400 pictures). So when you think my 17 scrapbook pages are a lot, I don't think it is bad considering how many pictures I started with! I just wish I had a picture of just may family for the last page. I thought someone took one but I guess I was wrong (if you did take one and I didn't get it, please send it to me).
