

I know I have already posted this but I have had SEVERAL requests for it from some of the people that came to my chocolate class that I thought instead of making them search my blog to find the recipe, I would just re-post it. At my chocolate class, I made mini-cheesecakes using this recipe. I did everything the same except I only cooked them 18-20 minutes. I have mini-cheesecake pans that I bought from Kitchen Krafts (several people asked me about where I bought them so now you know). They are fabulous! I hope this helps! So you were most likely laughing at my email about my cheesecake not being "puffy" hahaha....I realized it's because the recipe I used only called for two things of cream cheese so it was smaller than I had wanted...but of course at the time of making it I didn't think about that...oh well, it was still delicious!
