Butterscotch Popcorn Recipe

This is such a EASY and YUMMY recipe! I was so excited when I found it for my chocolate class (I mixed it with chocolate popcorn - I will post that recipe soon). I found this recipe on allrecipes.com but it was for milk chocolate popcorn. One of the reviews said they used butterscotch chips so I tried it and it was GREAT! So yummy and different! I also think this recipe would be great with other chips - so I am going to try it with semi-sweet chips next. Hope you enjoy!
