

Here is the recipe for the Red Velvet Cake Roll that I made for my chocolate class. It is really yummy - but be careful to not over cook it. Make sure the cake bounces back when slightly touched (try several places). You can even do the toothpick test. I found this recipe in Paula Deen's Chocolate Celebration magazine. It is great for Valentine's day and Christmas. Is super yummy any time but the red makes it fun for holidays. Hope you like it!
