Gavin cracks me up! He has had cough for a couple of weeks now and sometimes has huge coughing fits. He was having one tonight so he came down and asked for something to help him stop coughing. The doctor did give him medicine for it (he coughs so hard that he throws up sometimes - fun times). So I gave him his medicine. He asked me what flavor it was (he is taking medicine for a sinus infection that is flavored). I told him it just came that way but was probably cherry. Then came the funny part (at least to me):
"When you put it in your mouth, it tastes good for a second. But then when you swallow it it tastes like the yellow part of an egg before it is cooked."
I just love how his mind works and the things he thinks of! When has he EVER eaten a raw egg?
