Two days before Christmas, we went up to Ed's parent's house for a family Christmas party. We were in charge of dessert so after dinner, we had sugar cookies for all the kids to decorate. Then we played the present game and the kids each got a present from Grandma Jane and O'Pa. Then we had a bunch of different desserts along with a chocolate birthday cake for O'Pa. Dallin even helped make the desserts - he baked the Angel Wings (normally Elephant Ears but at Christmas they are Angel Wings).
At the party, Richard's (one of Ed's brother) girlfriend told Dallin how good his cookies were. Then she said, "You know those really good cookies you buy in the tins? They are even better than those." Dallin's response was,
"No, those cookies aren't allowed at our house!"
I LOVE it!
