Animal Kingdom (way back in February)

I thought that in the middle of ALL my birthday posts, I would throw in something different - Animal Kingdom from our trip to Disney World way back in February. Mostly I did this because with all the cake baking and party planning (and daily life and new summer sports) had any time to scrapbook any of our new stuff. So for now, you get these pages (I scrapbooked them at Lake Powell).

Out of our 5 days in Florida with the kids, we only had one day of bad weather - and really the bad weather only lasted the first couple of hours. Otherwise, it was GREAT (once we dried off a little). I will say that riding Everest was NOT a good idea for me. Of course, this was the one day I forgot to take medicine for my motion sickness - and let's just say that riding Everest TWICE right in a row at the beginning of the day was a BAD idea. I spend the whole second ride concentrating on not throwing up. After that, any time Gavin didn't want to go on a ride I gladly sat out with him. Luckily for Matthew & Dallin (but mostly Matthew), Ed LOVES going on the crazy rides (I would if they didn't make me sick - I hate that part of getting old). Anyway, it was a FUN day!
