We had the annual Cub Scout Blue & Gold Banquet (birthday party for Cub Scouting) last month. I am the secretary for our pack so I helped with it. I decorated the tables and did the desserts. I didn't do anything too fancy but I think the tables with the wrapped "presents", balloons, and candy turned out really cute. We even wrapped the forks with the napkins and had little tags on each one that said "Happy Birthday Cub Scouting". Then for dessert I made 162 cupcakes - 6 different kinds all with homemade cream cheese frosting. I made:
* chocolate peanut butter (a Reese's in the middle)
* chocolate cookie dough
* chocolate caramel (a Rolo in the middle)
* yellow with a chocolate Oreo in the middle
* yellow with a regular Oreo in the middle
* blue and gold (yellow cake with each cupcake half yellow and half blue)

Looks like a great party! So much work to do all those cupcakes! They are really cute, though!
