Oh my - this was a yummy cheesecake. I made this last week for a little Girls Night Out that we had at my house (cheesecake, hot tub, chatting with the girls - what could be better). It made 24 mini-cheesecakes AND a six-inch cheesecake (that I gave to one of my friends for her birthday that was a couple of weeks ago). This cheesecake definitely takes longer to make than others but it TOTALLY WORTH IT! So, if you want a really good, creamy cheesecake that doesn't crack (even if it did it gets covered up), try this one.

If you're feeling adventurous you will have to try the Devil's Food Cheesecake. It is our Junior's favorite and we've eaten a lot of them over the years. A friend gave me a copy of the recipe from the book but I haven't tried to make it yet because it is so long, it is intimidating. For now, when we can just pick one up in the city when we get the craving but some day when we no longer live here, I'll have to figure out how to make it from scratch. ~ Brenda Sparrow
