Here is a YUMMY and very EASY recipe for pumpkin chocolate chip bread that I got from my friend Carol (thanks Carol)! I don't like pumpkin but I love these! One batch makes about 8 of the mini loaves (which is one mini loaf pan). I put each one in a sandwich bag (the kind with the fold top) along with some candy corn, closed each bag, and tied with ribbon. I sent Ed to work with a whole basket full (shown in picture) for Halloween today - and apparently they are very popular!

Ohhh yum! My kids LOVE pumpkin chocolate chip anything! We've been doing a lot of muffins this fall and bread will be a little switch. Thanks for posting!
