A month ago our whole family got the regular flu shot. Then today, after my friend Carol told me about it, I took the big 4 boys up to the Health Department in Sandy (9340 S. 700 E. for anyone that is interested) to get the H1N1 (swine) flu vaccine. The boys were so happy it was just the nose spray and not a shot. They did get nervous at first - the container with the spray looked a little like a shot - so they had me go first. I was only able to get it because I live with infants less than 6-months old. In another month, the kids need to get a booster - but hopefully we will be FLU-FREE this year!
