Ever since I tried the White Corn Guacamole at California Pizza Kitchen years ago, I have wanted to find the recipe. I finally took a little time and googled it. I found this copy cat recipe and it is so YUMMY! I use more avocados and lime juice than the recipe calls for but it really is tasty. It is kind of a dump recipe - simple to adjust to your tastes. Enjoy!
