For 2 of my friends birthdays (Carol & Angie - Donna was out of town so we couldn't celebrate hers that night) we had a girls night at my house. We had chicken salad on pineapple (see picture) with fruit, rolls, salad and Brazilian lemonade (thanks to all that helped with the yummy food). Then for dessert we had chocolate cake. After opening presents and chatting, we got in the hot tub (for more chatting) and enjoyed yummy (virgin) strawberry daiquiri's. When we got too hot, we took a dip in the pool - and then chatted some more in the hot tub. It was a GREAT night! We need to do it again - SOON!

SO FUN!!! So, did you hire a photographer or did Ed just volunteer? :) Love it! :)
Ed was out of town so we took turns taking pictures - but he would have gladly taken pictures of us in our swim suits!
The pineapple is so dramatic:) It was a great time! I agree that we should do it again soon:)
I'm so sad I missed it. My bday lunch at Zuppas was fun too though - wish you could have come.
I'm always up for a good girls night...looks like you guys had a great time!
And, yes, all the food looks yummy too!
